Got this as a gift and am sorry that I asked for it. I used this once, over low heat, and noticed that there were some spots on my brand new flat top electric range. When I turned over my pan after cleaning it, it had already rusted!! Apparently the stainless on the bottom had rusted while in use, and has marred my cooktop. No word from the All-Clad folks, and I found ranting customers on other websites about the same thing (rusting) plus a huge amount of other problems like the bottom falling off from the copper, the pan actually melting, and other horrific accidents that gratefully, and by sheer luck, did not hurt anyone. This stuff is junk! Pay the extra money for real quality. Thanks for nothin', Emeril - BAM!

I have had this non-stick pan for a little over a year and then pan is holding up well. The non stick coating has not warn off much at all, unlike another reviewer who said the pan died after 4 months. I use this pan more then anything else in my kitchen - nearly every time I cook. I purchased it because I have the Emerilware stainless set and this matched nicely. When pan frying chicken I tend to use the stainless pans as they give a better browning on meat, but for everything else the cleanup for this pan wins. Aside from the non-stick the pan is solidly made, fits flat on the burner and even after a year the handle is still attached strongly with no wobble.

this is the 1st pan that i have purchased that says its non stick and actually is.the handle stays cool when you using it i dont use on no more than medium high heat & it works just the way i want it to,evenly cooking & the food taste great.i only have to use little to no oil thats what what the manual reccomends.im very satisfied with this product & im also in the process of buying some more emeril cookware.

My wife and I have Emerilware stainless steel cookware. For the stainless steel cookware, they do require more oil in order for foods to not stick to the bottom of the pan. I came across this pan when looking at the Emerilware websight.
Unfortunately, you can't find these pans which are stainless steel with a non-stick cooking surface in stores, so I ordered this item through Amazon and have been more than happy with the investment.
Food has been lighter tasting because less oil is necessary for cooking, and cleaning these pans are a snap!
I would highly recommend, especially if you are looking for a pan with quality and style!
